I have a Counter-Strike Source server that i host off of a different computer with Linux installed.
For some reason when ever i play in my server my ping is always 5. Is there a command or way to change my ping so that it is not always 5?

I dont know if there is a command to change it but it's at 5 because you're playin on the server from your lan. My server is the same way.

the ping is the time it takes from sending the packet out, till the time it comes back around, in this case its taking 5ms so no. unless you alter the pack you recieve back.
starting 9/24/2006 if your problem has been solved please edit your first post and add [solved] to the begining of the title. Thanks.

ping 5 = lan
ping 0 = bot on server
ping 5 = all connecting clients from lan
