I cannot update the source servers we run. Recently due to a security problem we have shut down all unused ports. We have tested our config on another box without problems. One theory is that valve blocked the ip for some reason. Any ideas ?

Whats the error you're getting?
Perhaps you closed a port needed by steam?

The message I get is that there are no steam content servers available.
