Hi, I'm using xUbuntu, and about every 20 minutes, everyone will lag out of the server.
Pings will stay in the mid 50's, and then, KABOOM!
Everyone lags out and gets disconnected.
Why is this? It ran PERFECTLY fine on Windows XP!

when it even runs perfectly on WinXP it must run better on Linux.
ah, try another linux than XXXXbuntu, thats could be the problem.

Actually srcds was designed to run better on windows because their linux team pretty much sucks.
roflcopter, give me some info, kernel version, what is the frequency of your kernel set to. hardware, bandwidth, etc.
Get: ubuntu bug-reports points to debian.org because its a debian based distro. because it uses debian backend, it can point to debian.org.

but the response from debian was, they have to make his own bug-report system, cause a lot of bugs are from ubuntu and not in debian. thats what i mean
