Is it worth moving a small mining farm to another pool?

I’m running a small farm with several ASICs and lately I’ve been thinking about switching pools. My current one works, but the statistics are pretty basic and payouts sometimes feel less predictable than I’d like. I’d prefer something where I can check hashrate and rewards normally from my phone without constantly logging into different dashboards. I found this pool while comparing options https://emcd.io/pool/ From what I see, they have daily payouts, monitoring tools and support several mining coins. Has anyone looked into it in detail? I’m mostly interested in stability, rejected shares and how convenient the dashboard is when you have several workers.

For a small farm I’d pay more attention to connection stability and actual rejected shares than to small differences in pool fees. Even half a percent doesn’t matter much if your miners regularly lose shares because the server connection isn’t great in your region. I’d connect one or two machines first and compare the numbers for several days.
