Prototype Success Is Nice, Batch Consistency Is Better
#1
What matters most is not a perfect first sample, but stable results in production batches. Hydraulics often involves parts that must match across assemblies, and even small drift can force rework, seal changes, or performance tuning you didn’t budget for. I appreciate approaches that highlight traceability, measurement reports, and process control, because they reduce surprises when scaling. If your project depends on hydraulic components, it’s worth prioritizing suppliers who can consistently reproduce critical dimensions and finishes, not just deliver a one-off prototype.
