one more thing, there is a place to put the username and password in, but when i use admim, admin, it says my internet is disconnected, but when i put my username and password in that my service provider gave me, it says my internet is back up and running, but there is no place about "port forwarding."
When I follow your instructions, i get to my "Bell Canada Modem configuration," the only things i can click on are: setup, status and mode. when i click on setup, i can log in, but when i log in, it takes me to my status menu.... any suggestions
