Exchanging Crypto for Different Regional Currencies
#1
How do you exchange crypto into regional currencies that aren’t widely supported, like less common fiat? Do you use double exchanges (crypto to USD first) or know exchangers that do it directly?

Its usually KYC through a CEX like Binance, Coinbase, or Kraken.

But it is also possible to find P2P traders, other people who pay you fiat with Paypal, Revolt, etc.

"Do you use double exchanges (crypto to USD first)"

Yes these are usually pairs that you can trade between on exchanges but that usually requires KYC and such.

How "less common fiat" are we talking about?

My first post here! Cheers!

When I need a less common fiat currency, I usually end up doing a double exchange (crypto → USD → local currency). To simplify things, I check https://www.trustchange.com/, since it lists exchangers by currency pairs. Sometimes I get lucky and find a direct option, other times I plan a two-step exchange. Either way, checking availability ahead of time avoids delays and lets me pick the most efficient route.

I usually go the double-exchange route, crypto → USD/EUR → local fiat. Works reliably, even if it adds a tiny fee. Haven’t found many direct options for really niche currencies; most of the “direct” ones either have poor rates or sketchy verification. For smaller amounts, local P2P platforms can sometimes get you direct fiat, but volume is limited.

For anyone interested in making crypto trading more efficient, a trading bot kraken can be a real game-changer. It automates transactions on Kraken US, enabling faster execution and greater accuracy than manual trading. This can be especially useful for responding to sudden market shifts without constantly watching the charts. That said, it still requires careful setup, a clear strategy, and regular monitoring to ensure optimal results.
