Hi. I’ve been studying the handbook, but I’m worried it won’t be enough for the Texas written permit test. I’d really appreciate any advice on the best way to prepare. Greetings. When I was preparing, I had the same concern. The handbook is useful, but it doesn’t really give you the real exam feel. What worked for me was using a practice site that mirrored the test questions and layout. I highly suggest trying texas written driving test practice. It’s super helpful because it’s designed like the actual DMV test, so you get comfortable with the format. Doing a few practice runs made me much more confident when it was time for the real exam.
