Best day creams for hydration

I've been searching for a good day cream that provides long-lasting hydration without making my skin greasy. My skin tends to dry out quickly, especially in colder weather, but I also don’t want anything too heavy that might clog my pores. I need something that offers anti-aging benefits as well.
