personally I don't smoke cigs anymore bc they're nasty but the literal only way I stay skinny is vape so I'm not hungry, even tons of exercise ain't enough to counteract my non existent metabolism. hey?

I’ve been trying to be more mindful lately, like keeping it out of my bedroom or not bringing it on walks. Just wondering if anyone else has tricks that help when you're stuck in that chain-vape loop.

I get where you're coming from—it can be tough when your metabolism isn't cooperating, and it’s easy to fall into habits that don’t feel great. I used to be in a similar situation, but finding a balance that works for your body is key. I’ve had friends use a cigar roller for party idea as a fun way to enjoy a social vibe without smoking, and it’s a much healthier alternative to just relying on vapes or cigarettes.

I can relate to the struggle, switching from cigarettes to vaping helped me quit smoking, but I catch myself chain vaping sometimes without even noticing, especially when I'm stressed or bored. It got easier to cut back once I started leaving my vape in another room or got out for walks without it, just to break the routine. Some people swap flavors or pods as a way to slow down, since changing things up can make you more aware of how much you’re vaping.
