Gun safes

Where do most of you keep your gun safes.? The collection is getting too big for the 3 closet safes and thinking about buying a mega one for the garage but it makes me uneasy them being in the garage and me inside the house. The one i am looking at weighs over 1/2 ton so I dont fear it walking away without a tow truck pulling it but still just like the guns near by. No way I can get this monster upstairs to my den and I would worry if the floors would hold the weight LOL. I can see the liberal headlines. "Man killed by guns while sitting on his couch and guns werent even fired they fell through the ceiling .Guns do kill you see we were right!! Such a quandry.

As long as it’s bolted down and in a safe spot, it’ll stay put.

I can see how a mega safe in the garage might feel a little disconnected. I had the same dilemma when I upgraded to a much larger safe a few years ago. I really wanted it in the house, but after weighing the pros and cons, I decided the garage was the best option. It’s still a bit unsettling, though, not having them within arm's reach.

That being said, if you’re looking to buy gun safes, I’d recommend looking into one from Liberty Safe. I’ve had mine in the garage for years, and it’s solid and secure, with no concerns about it being moved.
