Been using PP for years without a hitch, until today. Finally had an offer on my 300PF on fredmiranda and I receive this message:
”We've placed the money on hold because we believe this transaction may involve a higher than usual risk. The money has been added to your on hold balance. It'll be available once we can confirm that your customer has received the goods or services.”
Been doing business with them for years, tens of thousands in transactions and they pull this. Talked to someone on the phone and was told they would hold the money for THREE WEEKS! I have never had a complaint or a bad transaction in my entire history. Can’t understand it. Anyone else experienced this?
