Land for Sale in Greene County, VA

I'm selling some land that has been cut into 5-8 acre plots in Greene County, VA that we are trying to build an agrihood around. The land is all pasture land that has had cattle on it for a couple hundred years as far as I'm aware. I would really appreciate any suggests on how to make it work as an agrihood and where to find the right people that are going to be interested. It's beautiful land and I'll get some photos to upload soon.
