marketed using Google Ads and similar online advertising platforms

Hi
1. Is the following sentence correct?
"marketed using Google Ads and similar online advertising platforms"

2. Is it better to say "through" instead of "using"?
"marketed through Google Ads and similar online advertising platforms"

3. If the above sentence is preceded by "Our service is available worldwide" should there be a comma before it?

Only the third one is a question, and I don't understand the question about the comma. (Or maybe I do.) Perhaps: "Our service is available worldwide, using Google Ads and similar online advertising platforms."

Both "using" and "through" work fine, but they give off slightly different vibes. "Using" feels more active, like you're doing the work directly, while "through" sounds a bit more like it’s happening as a result of those platforms. Honestly, I’ve used both, and it really depends on what sounds better for the situation.
For the comma, yeah, I’d throw it in. In "Our service is available worldwide, marketed using Google Ads and similar online advertising platforms," the comma helps break up the sentence so it’s easier to read. Without it, it kind of runs together and feels off.
If you’re advertising with Google Ads, pairing it with something like gmb seo could really boost your reach. I’ve seen that combo work wonders for visibility, especially for local stuff.
