couldn't allocate dedicated server UDP port

HELP

I've just set up my server according to your tutorial. I've added the -ip switch to my shortcut to the server. Once I do this I get an error up startup of the server:

Couldn't allocate dedicated server UDP port

I have made sure that the ports are opened in the firewall on the router so all should be good. But it's not.

Any help much appreciated

looks like another process on your computer is using the port already.

I've made sure that the port isn't in use
I used

netstat -a

And it showed no program using any of the required ports
