Garry's Mod srcds command

Sooper n00b, I know, but what is the command in the update tool to make it download the Gmod files?

There isnt one. You have to go to the GMOD site and download either the client or server version.

I run a gmod server
Start it with these parameters:
-console -game gmod9 +map gm_construct -maxplayers 6
Or similar.

I have all of those parameters and I start up the server and it says "No such map "none"". It's like it doesn't even see the +map. Can anyone help me?
