sv_region -1!?!?!!

OK in my server.cfg it says sv_region 1 but when i do sv_region in my console it says sv_region -1!and im pretty sure thats the problem of the server not showing in the browser, how do i make it adapt to minnesota?

That wouldn't cause it to not show, I use to not have sv_region, and multiple times i used odd values, and it still posted to the master list. Try moving it to a diff spot in the server.cfg file, then use a diff value, i know 255 is midwest. If that works with 255 then try switchin back to 1 and see what happens.
