How do I Port Forward my GMod Server?

Here's the info:

BASIC INFO
Server OS: GMod Dedicated Server
Processor: Not sure
Ram: Not sure
Game(s): Garry's Mod
Start Up Command: @echo off

Please help it won't show up on the masterlist in gmod (Find Multiplayer Server > Internet > "Gamemode").
Also my friend could'nt join when I invited her.

It worked! I just can't figure out what's the problem why it won't show up on the master list in GMOD.

GMod is a great game and many people play it regularly. However, if you are playing GMod on your home computer it can get pretty laggy and annoying.
