Can't run HLDSUpdateTool.bin?

Hello all,
I want to run a CS:S server on my Linux server.
The first part runs fine, but then it stops.
I've downloaded HLDSUpdateTool.bin, chmodded the file, and then executed the file.
But what the... it doesn't execute?
Is it server side, or am I doing something wrong?

follow this steps:

wget http://storefront.steampowered.com/download/hldsupdatetool.bin

chmod +x hldsupdatetool.bin

./hldsupdatetool.bin

launch steam:
./steam -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir srcds_l
it will update itself to last version of installer. than launch again:
./steam -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir srcds_l

now it will check & install by itself.
