Freezing

srcds cmd freezing and making people disconnect but doesn't actually crash.

no I do not it just freezes and won't let me input anything and in game it does the auto disconnect in 500 seconds.

EDIT: I have noticed when it does freeze it is when someone is being spawned with weapons it seems that it starts giving them multiple then freezes so example would be
attempted to give weapon physgun
attempted to give weapon fists
then would give everything else you spawn with, then
attempted to give weapon physgun
attempted to give weapon fists
