[CSGO]Unable to connect to my server

Hellow to everey one have huge problem, the problem is cant connect to my server VAC secure is enable always but in my friendlist shows me im ingame but im not the server is running when i try join the server shows me this

Retrying public(xxx.xx.x.xxx:27025) ...
Retrying public(xxx.xxx.x.xxx:27025) ...

That Ip is when i want join only and other ips is for the people to join the real one..

When i stop the VAC secure i can join in the server but its not the option for me i want vac to be on always but then i cant join the server can any body help please !!! i will do everey thing you say guys please helpp !!!

I don't quite understand your problem. I'd really like to help you, but I just gotta know:
Can you join the server by your own local IP-Adress?
Can you join the server by your public IP-Adress?
Are you able to reach your router in your browser?
Do you have all the required information to log into your router?

Answer these and I'll be way more informed and I'd most likely solve your problem.
