Sourcemm and Sourcemod Problems

I recently created a Fistful of Frags server which is a CS: Source mod which recently became a standalone. I don't think that matters I just need help because my server fails to load the add-ons every time. the game folder for Fistful of Frags is called fof so my vdf is...

I know for a fact that the mods are placed correctly as I've watched 3 videos and redone this 4 times now. Any help is greatly appreciated!
