Friends can't join my CS:GO server

[Timosiris]

So, i tried to make a CS:GO yesterday with steamcmd and it worked out pretty well. I made a server cfg too that seems enough so i told my friends to join... guess what? My friends said they got Connection failed after 10 retries. My start.bat settings are (image): https://www.dropbox.com/s/brg0oyt5hjv2z0l/Untitled.png
Server.cfg (image): https://www.dropbox.com/s/x2ju3jcjv9aue01/cfg.png
The ports i have forwarded? (image) https://www.dropbox.com/s/k2g0sn0vfs5lj9h/port.png

Help HIGHLY appreciated!
