FastDL only works partially

Full Install Command: To install the server I used the SteamCMD GUI.


I have been trying to set up FastDL for hours now and I just can't figure out what I am doing wrong. In this example I have installed gun packs to the server and am trying to make my client which doesn't have them installed download them, however on server join it doesn't download them and I just have an ERROR in my characters hands.
However it seems that my server is capable of allowing clients to download maps as I have tested it with my apache server off and it saids maps missing for the client however with the server on I can see that on the client loading screen the progress bar telling me that it's downloading ph_no1office.png.bz2.


I have my resource file set up in F:\steamservers\garrysmod\garrysmod\lua\autorun\server\resource.lua. All of the files names were generated with Kogitsune's Resource Generator which sorted though every file in every folder that I specified. RESOURCE HERE


Then all of my files are copied and compressed to my Apache web server using SourceRSC so they can be FastDL and downloaded quicker. HERE


Finally in my server.cfg file I have put the

I don't think I have missed anything. So why does my server only work for map downloads and not materials, models, and sound?
