Others can't connect to my server.

Hello,

I've set up my dedicated server using steamcmd, it launchs okay, but my friends can't connect to my server. I've already opened ports (from 27000 to 27050) in my firewall and router.

OC: Win7HP x64
Processor: Intel Core i5-2450M 2.50 GHz (4 threads, hyperthreaded)
RAM: 4 GB
Games: Counter-Strike: Source
