Okay. I hope this provides enough context as to what I am doing. There is NO HLDS tool installed, or anything. Only SRCDS and STEAMCMD. The server doesn't have steam installed - well it did, I removed it after reading it may help. Didn't change anything.
Now I log in - through LAN, because I cannot connect or find the server otherwise. This is what I get -
I have done -sv_lan 0 and sv_lan 1 and ip 0.0.0.0 all of those have yielded me zero results. All I want is to be able to play some custom games with a few friends..

I used this link to install it. After creating the C:\csgo-ds and installing the game there, I opened CMD and ran the startup command. (It works) I will list the issue below.
