Trouble setting up ip!

Hello Evryone!Wink MyExternalIP: 5.666.99.666 MyInternalIP:192.168.1.66
Im having problem on trying to change ip of my server!
I want to set my external ip, on my server. idk why its not working.

When i start the server it says,"Network:IP 192.168.1.66" then "Public:IP 5.666.99.666". As i understanded, it should be 5.666.99.666 ip of my server.
But no, im trying to seartch on that ip and get nothing. Then if i seartch for 192.168.1.66 im able to find it. So i want change my internal ip to external, so my friends become able to find it..
If anyone have idea how to fix this reply please! Thanks in Advance Big Grin

I found other guy having the same problem. Here what he says.
Sorry 4 my bad english ^^

"Hi, I just finished installing steamcmd for css. I can't get a public server working, but it works for lan. I tried sv_lan 0 and it still wouldn't work. I have both network: IP and Public IP. Steam cannot find the server using the Public IP, but it works with network IP. How do I get my server working so others can join?"

This is my config, removing yours, but saving the info that you need and copying it over. Something could of been written wrong.

Thanks 4 reply!
But i already fixed it yesterday. my problem was that i didnt port froward right ports -_-
I only port frowarded 27015, so it didnt work.
