Server BAT Config Launcher

Hi! I want to make a batch file that launches all of my servers from one file. However I decided to make the first batch launch a seperate batch for my source games (TF2 and G-Mod) That launched the server depending on what I put in (e.g. Launches to 10 players if I specify it.)
I am not that good at Batch Programming and I would be really grateful if one of you more experienced and better informed people would give me some pointers.

Hi.

I've created this batch-file to keep track of my different css war-servers. I'm not familiar with TF2 and G-Mod unfortunately, but maybe you can get some pointers from my script.

Remember to edit the names of the servers and srcds-dir at the beginning of the file
