Crash before startup on SRCDS

Hi, merry christmas and all of that,
I can't seem to even get a picture of what's wrong with my SRCDS. I'm quite used to SRCDS and I haven't seem to be in this problem before. It just crashes.. without any text on the console. I've uploaded the dump file.

Nothing except for Garry's Mod and CSS files and PERP gamemode. And Xampp running in background.
