Been reading around the forums testing all the different fps settings and rates and what not but still cannot get the server where I want it.
This is running on an E3-1270v2 / 16gb's RAM on windows server 2008 on a 1gbps port in Chicago.
The top is the results from the server I have been tinkering with and the bottom is the performance on a server I play on frequently:

You can see where the IN: on the second server is much higher and goes from 300-500 usually where mine idles around 70-100 or so.
How can I work on increasing this?
