Fresh Installation of SCRDS failing.

Hello, I've recently tried installing garrysmod onto my computer, and everytime it tries installing version 164, it says retrying in 30 seconds, also reminidng me that there is no installation record found in C:\srcds/orangebox.

HLDS UpdateTool has been put to bed. It is no longer being used and you should look into updating to SteamCMD.
