No "cstrike" game option when installing hlds on Linux server

Hello.

I am trying to install Counter Strike 1.6 on Linux machine. It's VM using Debian Wheezy 64 bit.

I downloaded the hldsupdatetool.bin and it executed fine. Then I ran the installation command:

./steam -command update -game cstrike -dir .

But I get the following output:

As you can see there is no "cstrike" in the game options to install. I am confused. Can anybody help me out?

Same issue with 32bit Debian system in OpenVZ container.

Any ideas?

It seems that the old tool is dead. People should now use the SteamCMD software. More information here - https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamCMD
