SteamCMD Server Problem

I have made a server in the past for gmod but that was with the old version before SteamCMD. I have recently tried to make one but when I run the .bat file it says it starts up but the second window spams it opening and closing. EDIT: If you cant read it the Source Dedicated Server window says "Console Initialized. Missing Shutdown Function for COM_InitFilesystem( info.m_pInitialMod ) COM_ShutdownFileSystem()"

This only happens when I have cstrike in the same folder, but its required for DarkRp
