NEW DOD SOURCE SERVER - NEED BASIC HELP

HI Guys!

This is my first time running dedicated linux day of defeat source server.

I followed the server installation guide here https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamCMD#Downloading_and_Running_SteamCMD

I was able to start the server, and conect to it. But I feel like I am still far from being done.

This is my start command:
./srcds_run -console -game dod -maxplayers 32 +map dod_donner +ip 50.116.61.37 -port 27015

This is the list of questions that I currently have :

1. Where is a server configuration file?
2. Which are the most common admin mods for dod:s?
3. Where can I get the mods, and how to install them?
