Running multiple servers with the same installation

I currently have a Gmod server running. It is a DarkRP server with it's own server.cfg and command line options. I was wondering if I could run another server using the same installation (So I only need to update one) except with a different server.cfg.

If you have ssh acess, you could do symlink on the folders, except on the folder that has the server.cfg file
