[RESOLVED] SRCDS "Server out of Date"

Every time i start up my server, it comes up with "Your server is out of date. Please update and restart."

And I've been trying to updating it all week. Looking for posts on forums and all such stuff, but nothing seems to work. So, now I'm creating a post to try to solve the problem.

Here's an example of what i mean:



And when i run the updater it says my HLDS server is up to date



I've also been trying to update it with a cmd, AND run it as a administartor.
Both the startup and the updater (HLDSUPDATETOOL).
For my startup i used the shortcut method:
"C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +gamemode terrortown +map gm_flatgrass -maxplayers 24"

And for the updater:
hldsupdatetool -command update -game "garrysmod" -dir C:\srcds -verify_all
pause

I've tried to run both as admin and it doesn't seem to work.
Please help

I actually found out what to do!

The new garrry's mod is running on steam pipes now, which means that you're unable to
use srcds.
Or the regular one.
