Not quite a tutorial, but I couldn't figure out where to post this.
Anyway, I've created a simple batch file that will allow Windows server hosts to update their GMod servers quickly and easily.
It's not much, but it gets the job done.
Before you download, you might want to click HERE for a scan on VirusTotal of the file.
After that, you can download the file, which is HERE.
Trust me, it's useful.
Keep in mind: THIS MUST GO IN THE DIRECTORY WITH STEAMCMD.EXE INSIDE IT FOR THIS TO WORK!
This utility is fairly easy to use. Just fill in the information that it asks for, and hit enter. The program should take care of the rest. You may want to turn down your UAC settings to allow this to run fully automatically, but that is optional.
This WILL not use your Steam account information in any way besides to update the server files using SteamCMD.
