How do i update my srcds server???

How do i update my srcds server?? i get to the end where it says Vac secure mode activated
and under that it says "Your server is out of date please update your server and restart"
how do i update it.

You need to use SteamCMD now, because Valve has transferred most of their servers to that.

thanks for your help as i need it to resolve my relevant issue .. just hoping to get it work in my case as well ... as there are no replies from the askers here don't know they have followed it or skipped it ... doesn't matter ..I'm going to stick with it..
