Ok i downlaoded everything correct!! and i tried starting the server from a shortcut and from the regular program!!

Here is my shortcut: -console -game czero +map de_dust -dev

any idea why it keeps crashing?

Wow sorry, try replace your vphysics.so with the one in your bin folder
