[Question] zBlock + PMA?

Hey Srcds.com Forum.
I just want to ask if it is possible to run Zblock with PMA.
on my control panel it says they can't run together, or i mean they aren't supported together.
So just wan't to know if there are anyways to get a addon like PMA?, or can i use it with zblock?
