Hi,
I have googled this problem all over and no one seems to have a working solution. The problem is that with my freshly installed CS 1.6 server on startup it sais:
"Could not establish connection to Steam servers."
Then 3 seconds later it sais:
"Reconnected to Steam servers. VAC secure mode is activated."
Then after that it spams the console with:
"MasterRequestRestart"
"Your server will be restarted on map change."
So my problem isn't that VAC is disabled, but that on the second map it restarts server, which means everyone gets kicked. Please help!
Using ubuntu, all ports are forwarded, no plugins installed, everyone can play untill map change.

BASIC INFO
Server OS: Ubuntu 64-bits
Processor: Intel i7 8 cores @ 3.70 GHz
Ram: 16 GB
Game(s): Counter-Strike 1.6
Start Up Command: ./hlds_run -game cstrike -autoupdate +maxplayers 20 +map de_dust2 -port 27000 -secure
Admin Mods: MetaMod, AMX mod X
