Connecting to other servers through chat

I want to know how to setup my servers to be connecting by type a chat command for example typing !zs would bring the player to my zs server

Let me see if I understand this correctly. If a player is already in one of your servers, if they type in !zs, they would join another server of yours? If that be the case, there might be a plugin out there already for that. If not, I'm not sure.
