Entities broken

I recently made a TiTT dedicated server, I was playing on it with friends and noticed that most if not all the entities are broken. This includes:
Dropped guns
Thrown grenades of any kind
C4
Traitor radio

I followed a tutorial on how to set up a server:

Did I do something wrong or do I need to add stuff to the server files?

I actually don't know if they are entities (correct me if I am wrong) :P

I found the problem, I didn't install cstrike in the orangebox folder.

I do this and a new problem arises, no one can connect to the server.
Am I not doing something? or do I need to add something? Please Help.
