How to get songs to play on server???

Anyone know if i convert mp3 to wave is there a way to add to server.cfg to play tune for that map or create a cycle and change from rcon?...that wld rock...also wld it be legal I think so since technically a private server is just that a private server...so should not be much of anyones business no???

found the answer = HLSS but apparently will really piss people off....but you know I guess it is up to the admin and if the player doesn't like it go to another server....also i mean low bckgrnd music not like blasting sex pistols or something. Plus something that would suit the game/map...
