Help with processor for a dedicated server

I'm considering renting a dedicated server with:
4GB DDR3 1333Mhz
500GB @ 7200 RPM
3TB/month @ 1Gbps

now the part where I'm unsure is the processor:
Intel® Atom™ D525 (1M Cache, 1.80 GHz)
In the hosting company says it's 4x1.8GHZ but i'm not sure about using a 60$, can it handle it ?

With 4GB I was aiming forward at 7 servers, but can the processor handle that much servers ?

What do you think based on your experience ?

No way an Atom could handle 7 servers. It would struggle with one.

Well exactly what processor were you thinking about using. In general you want at least 2.0 GHz
