Half-Life dedicated server update tool setup has detected... HELP!

Please, for the love of god someone help me. It's so frustrating.

When I try to update, running the hldsupdatetool.exe, it gives me this message.

"Half-Life Dedicated Server Update Tool Setup has detected that you are currently running the Half-Life Dedicated Server Update Tool on this machine. For the Half-Life Dedicated Server Update Tool to be installed correctly, you must shut down the instance of the Half-Life Dedicated Server Update Tool that is already running. Once Half-Life Dedicated Server Update Tool Setup has completed, you can safely restart the tool."

I have checked everything to see if it's running in the background, it's not. I have restarted many times. Nothing works. I have even tried -verify_all when starting it up. It isn't working.

Someone please help!

Rename the HLDSupdatetool.exe file to something like iexplorer.exe or something along those lines. Just rename the file and run it. Windows derps sometimes, which is why I use Mac. (On a PC now because of compatibility issues)
