Friends cant connect to tf2 server

Yea, title explains the problem, so i made my tf2 server and it looks all fine, no errors no nothing, then when i give the ip to one of my steam friends, they say they cant connect and it failed after 4 tries. i look into the console, not the tf2 console, the command console for the server. says:
network ip: %%%% dedicated: yes, mode: MP, Ports: 27015 SV/ 27005 CL
don't see any errors so... yea, after awhile the server starts up and comes up with the actual network server ip. The sv_lan is set to 0, no errors forcing the server to be a LAN server, all seems fine... until i get into the server itself i see this in the server console:

What did i do wrong? BTW i have a hamachi, so is that gonna cause any problems?

It sounds like you haven't opened your ports for steam servers.

You need to forward the following ports;

• 27000-27050 TCP/UDP
• 4380-4380 - TCP/UDP
