Help! Srcds.exe - Entry Point Not Found

I am getting this error that says

srcds.exe - Entry Point Not Found

THe Procedure entry point g_Telemetry could not be located in the dynamic link library tier0.dll.

after I close it the server console says

Console initialized.
Missing shutdown function for COM_InitFilesystem< info.m_pIinitialMod > : COM_ShutdownFileSystem<>
