Enable Downloading?

Ok... ive been running a tf2 server for a while now, and wanted to be able to change to custom maps or add custom models, but I can't find a way allow users to download it for map changes it kicks the player and says "Missing Map" and for models they just see errors. I know the answer is probably very simple, but ive tried a lot of things and nothing help. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You need to open up your server configuration and put the following;

sv_allowdownload 1
sv_allowupload 1

If you're using a fast download you need to upload the same files to your server and fast download then add the following instead of the above;

sv_downloadurl "your fast download url"
sv_allowdownload 1
sv_allowupload 1
