Gm13 srcds error.

So when I start the server for Gmod 13 it starts giving me out a lot of conVar errors I believe, it constantly restarts and I cannot see clearly what it says at all... I had this problem with the Gmod 12 server once I ran the Gmod 13 one, but now it's like they switched up, my Gmod 12 server works perfectly fine and the Gmod 13 is giving me errors.
